Bio/dNTP's™Set
A set of four vials containing 25µmoles of each deoxynucleotide
triphosphate, dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP. The dNTP's are in solution
and are provided at a concentration of 100mM, pH7
DNA Polymerisation Mix
A DNA polymerisation mix containing equimolar amounts of dATP,
dCTP, dGTP and dTTP. The dNTP’s are in solution and are provided
at a concentration of 5mM. For primer extension procedure, 4µl
in a total of 100µl will give a final concentration of 200µM
of each dNTP.
dNTP Set
A set of four vials containing 2.5µmoles of each deoxynucleotide
triphosphate, dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP. The dNTP's are in solution
and are provided at a concentration of 10mM, pH7
DNA Polymerisation Mix
A DNA polymerisation mix containing equimolar amounts of dATP,
dCTP, dGTP and dTTP. The dNTP’s are in solution and are provided
at a concentration of 20mM. For primer extension procedure, 1µl
in a total of 100µl will give a final concentration of 200µM
of each dNTP.
